30 Day Challenge

Hello Friends!

In my last blog post I talked about how one of the things I loved about summer was the fact that I can focus more on myself and getting myself healthy/healthier. So this summer I decided to start a 30 day challenge for myself:

  1. Eat only whole foods focusing on protein, healthy fats, and veggies.
  2. Walk, walk, walk!
  3. Listen to or read something uplifting every day.
  4. Water, water, water!

So that is what I have been doing since June 30th, and so far I have lost 5 pounds and I am feeling pretty darn good. If you want to learn more about what I am doing, follow my instagram @BeccaReeEveryday. You’ll see some of my crochet projects sprinkled in there as well. And who knows what else! It’s just as eclectic as my blog!
