In my last blog post I talked about how one of the things I loved about summer was the fact that I can focus more on myself and getting myself healthy/healthier. So this summer I decided to start a 30 day challenge for myself:
- Eat only whole foods focusing on protein, healthy fats, and veggies.
- Walk, walk, walk!
- Listen to or read something uplifting every day.
- Water, water, water!
So that is what I have been doing since June 30th, and so far I have lost 5 pounds and I am feeling pretty darn good. It’s just as eclectic as my blog!
